We appreciate your interest in CrossRoad Christian Academy and are happy to help you through the application process.

The first step is to visit the school office and pick up a Testing Application and Admission Forms or click here to download them from our website.

Registration and Testing Fees (non-refundable)

Tuition

Paid in 11 monthly installments - first installment is due on August 1st. 
Pay the annual tuition in full by August 1st and receive a 5% credit.

Refer a new student and earn a $250 tuition credit (contact the office for more details).
Payments received after the 5th of the month are late.

Automatic Payments

For your convenience, we offer an ACH (Automatic Cash Handling) debit program. 
This program is set up to withdraw funds directly from your bank account based on your billing/payment cycle.

 

Return and Non-Sufficient Fund Fee - $30.00


Tuition Late Fees

There is a $50.00 charge for balances not paid by the 5th of each month.
There is a 10% or $100.00 charge (whichever is greater) per month for balances not paid past 30 days.

 

Parent Service Hours

20 volunteer hours or $200 annually.

 

Supplemental Fee -$350.00 - Due on July 1st

The supplemental fee pays for all text books, PTF fees, and FEMA supplies (for Emergency Preparedness).
Text books may include: hardbacks (rental), workbooks (purchase), and trade books (purchase).


Before and After School Daycare

Extended Learning and Recreation (ELAR) charges are billed monthly in advanced with tuition installments. 
Please fill out an ELAR Registration Form to take advantage of the pay-in-advance monthly and annual plans at discounted rates.

Occasional ELAR & Early Dismissal & Minimum Days –without pay-in-advance plan with monthly tuition installments.

$6.50/hour/child – will be charged to account.


Late Pick-up Fees – after 6:00pm or time determined by early closure of ELAR.

$2.00/minute after contracted pick-up time – will be charged to account.

Dollar amount varies based on replacement cost (will be charged to account).

Please make sure your clothing choices follow our uniform policy before making any purchases.

Uniforms with the required CCA logo are available through DENNIS Uniform or Lands End.

Sports

There are two sport seasons, fall and winter. Students in upper grade levels may tryout for a team. 
For those that make it, there is a $150.00 charge per student per sport.

 

Graduation Fee - $85 (8th grade only)

Includes cap & gown, diploma and diploma case, reception, and incidentals associated with graduation.

 

Educational Field Trips

Each participant is charged to cover field trip expenses. Most trips require a small fee. 
Grades 4, 6, and 8 have the opportunity to go on major (overnight) field trips at an additional expense.
Field trip information is provided annually as details and cost often change from year to year.
Financial accounts must stay current to participate in the major trips. No refunds for deposits.

Other Class Field Trips

Fees vary based on venue and bus rates – fees will be charged to account and payment is due prior to event.
