CrossRoad Christian Academy's philosophy of Christian education is based on the belief that people find spiritual salvation and fulfillment in a personal relationship with Jesus Christ (Ephesians 1:7). CrossRoad believes that personal meanings and purpose are found in doing good works and serving others (Ephesians 2:10).

The process of Christian education includes bringing children into fellowship with God, developing a spiritual mind set, and being trained in Christian living. It also develops the tools, skills, and attitudes needed to function in and serve society. Children must be respected as individuals with unique abilities and educated as total persons spiritually, intellectually, physical, culturally, and socially.

Teachers must be Christians, demonstrate competence and cooperation, seek personal and professional growth and show respect for others.

Parents should always demonstrate a willingness and an ability to support their child(ren) with their education, and work in partnership with teachers and staff.
