CrossRoad Christian Academy Parent Teacher Conferences November 19 - 21, 2008 All
families are required to conference with the classroom or homeroom teacher. Conferences are by appointment only on the following days: November
19 & 20 |

Conferences appointments
are available from 7:30am – 8:10am and 2:00pm – 5:20pm. ●
Students have Minimum Day Dismissal, K-5th at 12:30pm
and 6-8th at 12:45pm ●
After-school
ELAR will be available. Charges begin at 3:30pm. November
21 ●
Conference
appointments are available from 8:00am – 12:00pm and 1:00pm – 3:00pm. ●
Students have No School, Full-Day Pre-Registered ELAR will be available. Appointment Sign-ups Dates: November 4 – 11 Times: 6:30am – 6:00pm Location: In the hall, outside the school office Please print the parent and
student’s name in the appointment time slot An e-mail of the final
schedule will be sent to all parents as a reminder of their appointment. Scheduled Appointment Changes If you are unable to keep
your scheduled appointment, or need to make an appointment change, please
notify the Academy office at 310-327-3094. Office hours are 8:00am – 4:00pm. Middle School Parent Teacher
Conferences Middle school parents
should sign-up for a conference appointment with the Homeroom Teacher. There is a separate sign-up available to meet
with the science teacher, Mr. Anderson, or the math teacher, Ms. Caziere. Appointments
with any other individual subject teachers must be made by contacting them directly
by e-mail or by leaving a message in the Academy office.
*Pre-Registered
ELAR requires a prepayment of $30. Registration or cancellation deadline is
November 18th. Registration forms available in the CCA office and ELAR. |
